Mortgage advisor and Purely Mortgages owner Debbie has experience pre and post mortgage regulation and has been advising clients on their mortgage and insurance needs for over 25 years.
She holds the required Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
During her career, she has helped literally thousands of clients with their mortgage requirements.
She is able to arrange mortgages for clients with a range of circumstances, including first-time buyers, home movers, re-mortgages and buy to let mortgages (non-regulated).
With most high street banks and building societies offering such an array of different mortgage products, setting out to identify the right one for you can be daunting.
Having access to the whole of the market for mortgages, Debbie will strive to find the right mortgage to suit both your pocket and your individual circumstances from the thousands available.
Her advice is always provided in the form of a report which is produced free and without obligation.
The report will include a summary of her understanding of your individual circumstances, a recommendation and full APR illustration (if appropriate) and details of our ongoing mortgage management service.
